Art. 300. La persona que pretenda litigar como pobre, bien como demandante deberá presentar ante el tribunal o juez que conozca del juicio la copia certificada de la sentencia en que se decretó el amparo de pobreza, de la que sedera traslado a la contra parte por cuarenta y ocho horas, a fin de que pueda usar cualquier estado del juicio y toda vez que sea necesario del derecho que se le conceda en el artículo siguiente.
