Pensión por muerte antes de cumplir la edad establecida para percibirla. El fallecimiento de un empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo o retirado, que hubiere servido entre veinte (20) a los discontinuos al Ministerio de Defensa o a la Policía Nacional sin que hubiere inválidos absolutos que le dependieren económicamente, tendrán derecho a percibir la respectiva pensión en forma vitalicia.
