El Congresista dispondrá de los cinco (5) días siguientes, contados a partir de la fecha de la notificación, para referirse por escrito a lo expuesto en la solicitud. Podrá aportar pruebas o pedir las que considere conducentes, en los términos del artículo siguiente.
