Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de publicación y adiciona de manera transitoria el Capítulo 7 al Título 1, Parte 4, Libro 2, del Decreto número 1075 de 2015 -Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación y estará vigente hasta que concluya el concurso de méritos especial para zonas rurales establecido en el Capítulo 7 al Título 1, Parte 4, Libro 2 del presente decreto.
