Artículo único. Reconocer como Primaria Nacional para los efectos del Decreto número 770 de 1922, la escuela nocturna para obreros que se ha fundado en las minas de Muzo. En consecuencia, el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública proveerá, dicha escuela de lo-j texto, y útiles de enseñanza que necesite. Comuníquese y publíquese.
