° Para tener derecho al aumento del veinte por ciento (20%) de que trata el artículo 3° de la Ley 64 de 1947, bastará acreditar la existencia actual de los hijos, lo que se hará con las respectivas copias de las partidas del estado civil, además de una certificación expedida por el Alcalde del lugar sobre la circunstancia de estar ese número de hijos legal y actualmente a cargo del jubilado, certificación que éste renovará cada seis meses, para que se le siga pagando el aumento.
