º . El artículo 4º del Decreto 2011 de 2006, quedará así: " Artículo 4º. El Consejo Directivo designará el Director General de la Corporación de la lista de candidatos de que trata el artículo anterior. Dicha designación se efectuará en sesión ordinaria o extraordinaria del consejo directivo, que se celebrará en el mes de diciembre anterior a la iniciación del período institucional consagrado en la Ley 99 de 1993; la sesión del Consejo Directivo para la designación del Director General será en audiencia pública".
