º Del asistente del contralor. Corresponde al Asistente del Contralor desarrollar las siguientes funciones

a)

Dirigir, coordinar y controlar las actividades de su Despacho;

b)

Tramitar los asuntos que le asigne el Contralor General de la República;

c)

Ejercer las funciones de Secretario del Comité de Coordinación Interna:

d)

Estudiar y evaluar los informes que sobre la marcha de sus respectivas dependencias rindan los Directores Generales, Jefes de Oficina y los Delegados Regionales;

e)

Coordinar y controlar las funciones de los Delegados Regionales y de los Inspectores Generales;

f)

Representar al Contralor General de la República en las actividades oficiales que éste le señale;

g)

Dirigir la gaceta de la Contraloría General.
