Art. 4.° Dichos cuadros deben ser bien formados en todo sentido, tanto en la colocación de las cifras como en las adiciones parciales, centralizaciones y totales; de tal modo que los que contengan errores de cualquier clase no serán enviados al Congreso, sino devueltos a los funcionarios remitentes, con los demás del grupo a que correspondan, para las correcciones del caso.
