Sistema mecánico . En las plantas o establecimientos en donde se reciba leche para proceso de higienización o pulverización deberá disponerse de sistema mecánico para el lavado de cantinas, localizado en lugar adyacente a la plataforma de recepción y aislado de las áreas de proceso.
