DECLARACIONES RENDIDAS FUERA DE LA ACTUACIÓN TRIBUTARIA. Las declaraciones rendidas fuera de la actuación tributaria, pueden ratificarse ante las oficinas que conozcan del negocio o ante las dependencias de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales comisionadas para el efecto, si en concepto del funcionario que debe apreciar el testimonio resulta conveniente contrainterrogar al testigo.
