Gerente. El gerente de la empresa es de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva. En las faltas absolutas del gerente, entendiéndose por éstas muerte, la renuncia aceptada y en las licencias no remuneradas mayores de treinta (30) días, así como las suspensiones ocasionadas por investigaciones administrativas o judiciales, cualquiera que fuese su duración, la Junta Directiva procederá a nombrar el sucesor. En las faltas transitorias, el gerente designará dentro del personal directivo quién lo reemplazará.
