El cumplimiento de las funciones propias de las cámaras de comercio estará sujeto a la vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Esta podrá imponer multas sucesivas hasta de cincuenta mil pesos, o decretar la suspensión o cierre de la cámara renuente, según la gravedad de la infracción cometida.
