Modifíquese el inciso segundo del artículo 3.3.2.2.4 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “Las reglas para desarrollar la comercialización del fondo de capital privado deberán estar descritas en el reglamento del respectivo fondo. Durante la vinculación del cliente al fondo de capital privado la sociedad administradora será la encargada de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Libro 40 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto”.
