También podrán ejercer la enfermería aquellas personas nacionales o extranjeras que hayan obtenido u obtengan diploma de escuelas extranjeras reconocidas oficialmente por sus respectivos Gobiernos, pero siempre que existan conventos internacionales con la respectiva nación y que presenten sus títulos debidamente legalizados y autenticados y comprueben su idoneidad personal y la autenticidad de su diploma, conforme en lo prevenido en las leyes vigentes.
