Art. 5.° Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para que pueda organizar hasta mil hombres más sobre el pie de fuerza á que se refiere esta ley, en Cuerpos de Zapadores que se destinarán á las obras públicas que tenga a bien el Poder Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

Estos Cuerpos serán organizados como lo crea conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo, ó como lo determina el Código Militar.
