Recepción de testimonio en el ex terior. Cuando los testigos residan en país extranjero, por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores se enviará Carta rogatoria a una de las autoridades judiciales del respectivo país, a fin de que reciba las declaraciones y las devuelva por medio del Agente Diplomático o Consular de Colombia acreditado en ese país, o el de una nación amiga. Ante tal Agente se autenticarán las diligencias practicadas en razón de la Carta rogatoria.
