Creáse el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Cesar, con sede en la ciudad de Valledupar, integrado por dos Magistrados y con jurisdicción en todo el Departamento.

Parágrafo

El Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Departamento del cesar, tendrá el mismo personal subalterno y remuneración correspondiente a los de su clase.
