ARTICULO 2.2.2.7.1 .- INVERSIONES EN CORPORACIONES DE AHORRO Y VIVIENDA. Las sociedades de capitalización podrán promover y crear corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, lo mismo que adquirir y conservar acciones por un valor que no exceda del diez por ciento del capital pagado y reserva legal y en proporción no superior al treinta por ciento (30%) del capital de la corporación. Los directores y estos establecimientos podrán hacer parte de los organismos directivos de las corporaciones.
