El día en que se inicia la inscripción de ciudadanos, o a más tardar el 15 de febrero de 1960, se fijarán también en lugares públicos de la cabecera del Municipio o en los Corregimientos o Inspecciones de Policía, según el caso, una copia de las listas parciales de sufragantes correspondientes a las cédulas laminadas vigentes en cada uno de ellos, a fin de atender las reclamaciones que se presenten.
