Aprobación del inventario del patrimonio social. Efectuado el traslado del estado de inventario del patrimonio social, tramitadas las objeciones y hechas las rectificaciones a que haya lugar, o vencido el término del traslado sin que hubieren sido formuladas objeciones por parte de los acreedores, el Superintendente de Sociedades Circular externa emitirá una resolución aprobando el estado de inventario del patrimonio social, y ordenará que, ejecutoriada dicha providencia, sea devuelto al liquidador copia de lo actuado, con el fin de efectuar el registro correspondiente ante la Cámara de Comercio respectiva.
