º Mediante el contrato de concesión de espacios de televisión, el Estado, por conducto del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión -INRAVISION-, permite a personas naturales o jurídicas la utilización de espacios en los canales o cadenas de televisión. Los contratos de concesión de espacios de televisión se adjudicarán mediante licitación pública y por resolución motivada.
