° El artículo 151 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970 quedará así: Ninguna película podrá pasarse por cinematógrafo, en sala, o sitio abierto al público sin autorización previa del Comité de Clasificación de Películas. Se exceptúa de ia prohibición anterior la exhibición de noticieros y de películas que se exhiban en cine-clubes de en festivales de cine, siempre que los productores, distribuidores u organizadores las registren en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones con un mes de anticipación por lo menos.
