La empresa que no lleve en forma adecuada la ficha técnica de seguridad de cada uno de sus vehículos vinculados, incurrirá en multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, monto aplicable por cada vehículo encontrado en estas circunstancias.
