Artículo primero . El Fondo de Estabilización procederá a vender en mercado libre, las acciones que posee en el Banco Ganadero y se autoriza a la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero para adquirir hasta el 50% de esas acciones.

Parágrafo

La adquisición de acciones por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero de que trata éste artículo se hará pagándolas con títulos de deuda pública de los que tiene en cartera.
