El empleado o funcionario público que en el ejercicio de sus funciones cometa uno de los delitos previstos en los dos artículos precedentes, o de cualquier manera coopere a su ejecución, incurre en la prisión de seis meses a tres años y en la interdicción de derechos y funciones públicos por el mismo período.
