Formalización especial. Cuando se tratare de oposición al embargo y secuestro en el momento de la diligencia, el oponente dispondrá de dos días para formalizar por escrito su oposición. Si no la formalizare dentro de ese tiempo se desechará de plano la oposición. En estos casos la diligencia se llevará a cabo. TITULO I Procedimiento ordinario.
