Vigencia del Certificado de Capacidad de Producción . El Certificado de Capacidad de Producción tendrá vigencia de un (1) año, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones sanitarias que el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, o la autoridad competente apliquen con base en las acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control.
