Si el asegurado regresare a su país antes de haber percibido la prestación en dinero a que se refiere el artículo anterior, ésta le será concedida y directamente pagada por la institución competente, a cuyo efecto la institución de estada certificará el tiempo de incapacidad que hubiere sufrido el asegurado.
