B.1.6.4. De la información Pública de las sustancias químicas de uso industrial. La información pública de las sustancias químicas de uso industrial será la que cumpla con los requisitos y parámetros establecidos en la Ley 1712 de 2014 yen la Ley 1950 de 2019.

Parágrafo

La divulgación de datos no confidenciales podrá considerar las sugerencias contenidas en la Recomendación de la Organización para la Cooperación yel Desarrollo Económicos -OCDE-LEGALl0205.
