Art. 7. o Los buques que hayan entrado en un puerto de la Nueva Granada con el objeto de dejar en él todo o parte de su cargamento, i que despues sigan a otro puerto habilítado de la Nueva Granada, bien con parte del cargamento o bien enlastre, solamente pagarán el derecho de toneladas en el primer puerto en donde hubiesen entrado, i no so pagarán en los otros en donde entraren.
