º.La reducción prevista en el artículo anterior, se hará efectiva sobre, la parte de dicho impuesto que deba acreditarse en la Cuenta Especial de Cambios en favor del Gobierno Nacional, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 226 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967y normas con cordantes.
