Art. 3.° Este decreto no altera en nada los tres preceptos de unidad de caja, unidad de cuentas i unidad de responsabilidad, que, como necesarios en el manejo de las rentas públicas, obligan a dicho ajente a incorporar en su cuenta la de los ajentes principales, i estos las de sus respectivos subalternos.
