El Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP) conformará un Comité de Diseño de la evaluación que estará integrado, como mínimo, por un delegado de cada una de las siguientes instancias: i) La Dirección de Seguimiento y Evaluación de Políticas Públicas (DSEPP), ii) direcciones técnicas del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP); y iii) entidad ejecutora de la intervención pública a evaluar.
