Artículo único. Autorizase al señor Tesorero General de la República para que intervenga, directa o indirectamente, en el remate de la finca denominada La Granja, sita en el Municipio de Madrid, y para que haga la consignación previa que se exige a los postores en remate judicial, y el pago en las condiciones prescritas en la ley, sin necesidad de llenar previamente las formalidades del servicio de contabilidad oficial, las cuales deberán llenarse, en todo caso, con posterioridad a la diligencia de remate y al pago de la finca. Comuníquese y publíquese.
