Vinculación formativa. Acto jurídico o acto administrativo a través del cual se establece una relación de carácter formativo, mediante la cual un estudiante desarrolla una práctica laboral o judicatura, en un escenario de trabajo real y por un tiempo determinado, con el fin de cumplir un requisito de su programa de formación.

Parágrafo

En armonía con lo dispuesto por el artículo 15 de la Ley 1780 de 2016, la vinculación formativa no constituye relación de trabajo.
