Vótase en calidad de auxilio la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) con destino a la compra, montaje e instalación de sendas plantas generadoras de energía eléctrica, para el servicio público en los Municipios de Purificación y Sahagún (Departamentos del Tolima y Bolívar). Dicha suma se repartirá por igual entre los dos Municipios.
