La Dirección General de Minas podrá conminar con multas sucesivas de $10 a $100 a los funcionarios o particulares que no rindan los informes de que tratan los artículos anteriores dentro del término que se les fije. Los particulares que no estén en condiciones de rendirlos, lo harán saber oportunamente a dicha oficina. Todos estos informes quedan exentos de portes postales.
