-3. Control integral . El valor de los bienes introducidos al territorio nacional sin el pago de los tributos aduaneros correspondientes, no podrá ser tratado como costo o deducción en el impuesto sobre la renta por el infractor, por quien de cualquier forma participe en la infracción o por quienes a sabiendas de tal hecho efectúan compras de estos bienes.
