Una vez aprobados los presentes estatutos por la Junta Directiva y por el Gobierno Nacional, no podrán modificarse, sino por acuerdo y mayoría de votos de los miembros, entre la Junta Directiva, el Consejo Médico y el Director del Hospital. Las modificaciones acordadas deberán ser sometidas a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
