Articulo único. Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1891 y 1892 un crédito suplemental de cincuenta mil pesos($ 50,000) para atender los gastos que ocasionen los Establecimientos de castigo en el Departamento de Antioquia, con la imputación siguiente: DEPARTAMENTO DE JUSTICIA. Capítulo 41. GASTOS VARIOS Art. 220. Para los gestos que ocasionen los establecimientos de castigo de los Departamentos en personal y material. $60,000. Publíquese.
