ARTICULO 61. RETIRO POR DESTITUCIÓN. El personal será destituido de la Policía Nacional, cuando así lo determine un fallo disciplinario debidamente ejecutoriado. Cuando el fallo definitivo de destitución sea suscrito por la respectiva autoridad nominadora o en quien esta haya delegado, no se requiere de la expedición de otro acto administrativo para disponer el retiro por esta causal.
