Publicidad. Ninguna entidad diferente de aquellas autorizadas para operar como Entidad Promotora de Salud (EPS), podrán realizar publicidad directa o indirecta a través de medios masivos de comunicación, en relación con la afiliación al Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las campañas institucionales que puedan adelantar las entidades que tengan programas autorizados como entidad promotora de salud, EPS, del régimen contributivo.
