El carácter de afiliado a una Cámara de Comercio se pierde por el incumplimiento en el pago de la cuota anual de afiliación o por la falta de renovación de la matrícula mercantil o por el incumplimiento de las obligaciones señaladas en el régimen de afiliados. La pérdida del carácter de afiliado a una Cámara de Comercio no implica perder el carácter de comerciante matriculado ni la cancelación de la respectiva matrícula.
