Art. 79. Cuando el juicio verse sobre alguno de los seis primeros delitos de que trata el artículo 29 de la Constitución, el Juez agregara al interrogatorio la siguiente pregunta:

…¿El acusado N. N. ha cometido los hechos que se mencionan en la cuestión principal, con las siguientes circunstancias, ó alguna ó parte de ellas...(se indicarán los hechos que en el caso de que se trata constituye el máximum de gravedad, conforme á la ley).. "
