°. Protección especial - Prepensionados . Los empleados públicos del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en Supresión, cuyos empleos se suprimen en el presente decreto, que ostenten la calidad de Prepensionados, gozarán de la protección especial reforzada de que trata la Sentencia de Unificación 897 de 2012, expedida por la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 de la Ley 1444 de 2011 y el inciso quinto del artículo 6° del Decreto 4057 de 2011.
