ARTICULO 168 . Para ser Director General del Instituto Nacional de Medicina legal y Ciencias Forenses, se requiere Título Profesional y acreditar una experiencia mínima de cinco (5) años en Medicina Legal o Ciencias Forenses, preferiblemente con experiencia administrativa.

Parágrafo

El Director General será nombrado por la Junta Directiva del Instituto.
