Postulantes. Serán potenciales beneficiarios, del subsidio de que trata la presente subsección, los hogares que cumplan las siguientes condiciones:

Estar conformados por personas que sean desplazadas en los términos del artículo 1° de la Ley 387 de 1997 y cumplan con los requisitos previstos en el artículo 32 de la misma ley.

Estar debidamente registradas en el Registro Único de Víctimas a que se refiere el Decreto Único del Sector de Inclusión Social y Reconciliación.
