Las reservas para vivienda acumuladas que figuren en los balances oficiales a 30 de septiembre de 1990, según lo estipulado en la Ley 21 de 1982 , continuarán en poder de las cajas de compensación familiar y serán destinadas exclusivamente para la vivienda de afiliados de acuerdo con la política señalada por el Gobierno Nacional.
