Decreto 969 de 1961 · Por el cual se reorganiza el teatro de colón

Artículo vigésimoctavo. Toda persona natural o jurídica que obtenga la cesión del Teatro para la presentación de un espectáculo, deberá pagar a éste el quince por ciento (15%) de la totalidad de los ingresos de taquilla, suma que entrará al Fondo de Reserva del Teatro.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, a petición motivada de la Dirección del Teatro, podrá rebajar hasta en un cinco por ciento (5%) el canon o derecho de cesión establecido en el presente artículo.
